Job Description
**This is a Monday through Friday position from 7:00AM to 3:30 PM. ** $21.13/hr.
Position Summary:
Responsible for efficient and accurate picking and staging orders.
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Must be able to add and subtract.
-
Able to lift 50 lbs.
-
Pick all orders accurately and in a timely manner.
-
Pay special attention to detail.
-
Able to understand and work with RF handhelds.

Performance Metrics:
-
Pick orders in a timely manner
-
Picking mistakes
-
Daily P.I.T inspection sheet filled
-
Cycle count accuracy
-
Follow FIFO and question any inventory, order, safety related issues
​
Key Activities:
-
Responsible for the proper operation of electric pallet trucks within the warehouse.
-
Pick all orders with heaviest product on the bottom and lightest on top.
-
Help load and unload trucks.
-
Cycle count items when indicated.
-
Operate RF handheld.
-
Keep warehouse clean, organized and safe.
-
Obey all safety regulations at all times.
-
Responsible for complying with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) polices/procedures and requirements for position.
-
Follow GWP’s, sanitation procedures,and quality procedures as set forth by QA and/or supervisors.
-
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Necessary Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience picking orders.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in a high volume shipping and receiving environment.

Self-discipline and mature worker willing to be part of a “Team Work”.
