Job Description

**This is a Monday through Friday and every other Saturday position from a 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift. **

 

Position Summary:

Assist Plant Supervisors and Assistant Cheesemaker in producing high quality products and operating the Production Room in a safe, efficient manner for both personnel and products. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain production processes through the end of the day.

• Based on in process results, produce products within desired specification ranges.

• Support all Quality programs.

• Guide personnel activities to achieve product and plant goals.

• Oversee all aspects of the end-of-day plant sanitation.

Necessary Experience:

• Ability to read charts and settings.

• Ability to connect equipment fittings.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
