Job Description

Part-Time (Temporary), approximately 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule. Remote; with occasional-on site attendance for Wisconsin events.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a variety of roles withing the manufacturing space. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and passionate about connecting great people with the right opportunities. The ideal candidate will be based in the State of Wisconsin (Madison Area)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Post job openings on appropriate platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

  • Source and engage passive candidates through networking, databases, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Assist in managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

  • Provide weekly updates on recruiting progress to HR leadership.

  • Attend Hiring events as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or related role (agency or in-house).

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for Manufacturing Plants.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Creative approach to candidate sourcing and pipeline building.

  • Bilingual (Spanish).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

  • Proven experience partnering with managers and HR leadership on employee matters.

  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between Browntown, and Arena.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
