Job Description

**This is a Monday through Friday position from 1:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. shift with overtime and weekends as needed  **

 

Position Summary:

Perform duties necessary for producing high quality cheese and operating the production room in a safe, efficient manner at our production plant. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform duties required to produce product within specifications

• Follow all Safety guidelines

• Perform duties to meet efficiency goals

• Maintain the plant and all equipment in a sanitary condition

• Perform all key activities within the General Labor category

 

Skills Required:

• Must be able to perform those physical duties associated with plant production activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds

• Any previous industry experience is a plus

• Good verbal communication and listening skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) preferred.

• Basic Mechanical Experience (preferred)

• "Safety First” attitude

• Basic math skills

• Ability to follow directions
