Job Description

**This is a Monday through Friday position from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shift. **

 

Position Summary:

V&V Supremo is one of the leading companies in the Food-Dairy Industry.  We are looking for a talented Videographer (Shooter and Editor) to join our production team and work alongside marketing. As a Videographer, you will assist with shooting and editing video content, short and long format, with an eye toward online engagement, traffic, and positive user experience. This position plays a major role in the day-to-day execution of V&V Supremo's online strategy, ensuring the video content is consistently updated and engaging to our customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to support major product and brand initiatives, ensuring consistent brand guidelines are represented in all videos regardless of type.

  • Shoot video footage for marketing needs - with a priority of focus on the website, social media, and ad content.

  • Edit video footage for marketing needs - with a priority of focus on website, social media, and ad content.

  • Shoot and edit custom content, such as campaign videos, ads, behind-the-scenes pieces, etc.

  • Edit long and short-form social videos.

  • Help establish brand identity and consistency through video.

  • Assist in file organization and sharing across teams.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to share files with other team members, and ability to work directly off other team members' files.

  • Strong written and visual communication skills and collaboration across various departments.

  • Super creative, never satisfied with the status quo.

  • Stays cool under pressure.

  • Reliable and available.

  • Extremely organized, Emphasis on organization and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to change timelines and deliverables.

  • Balance and grade color, and mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere.

  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery.

 

Necessary Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree/or equivalent experience in communications, video production, or related field of study.

  • 5+ years of video shooting-editing experience.

  • Previous experience with audio and lighting setup.

  • Experience with camera operation, shot framing, etc.

  • Experience working in a post-production environment.

  • Expertise using Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.

  • Expert in video, shooting and editing that translate to the different social channels.

  • Ability to receive constructive criticism well, and willingness to improve or adjust your work.

  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
