Job Description
**This is a Monday through Friday position from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shift. **
Position Summary:
Maintain Inventory and FIFO integrity by performing daily cycle counts, resolve and document findings, maintain all Quality Control documents, and perform data entry.
Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and/or conduct daily cycle counts and document results.

Research and resolve any inventory discrepancies.

Maintain FIFO and QC integrity.

Data Entry of Shipping/Receiving, Quality Control, storage, release of sales orders and transfer documents.

Process returned goods and QC requests.
Key Activities:
-
Perform daily cycle counts, document findings.
-
Perform daily FIFO rotation and email results daily.
-
Research and resolve any inventory discrepancies as well as root cause analysis.

Collect and maintain all documents relating to Quality Control.

Performs daily task of receiving process and confirm ship of orders using WMS.
-
Controls PECO pallet entries daily for all Routes and Distribution orders.
-
Inventories PECO pallets once a week.
-
Perform end of day closing in of receivers, PO’S in D365.
-
Process UPS/FedEx shipments.
-
Assist Checker as backup must be able to execute basic checking activities (see checker job position).
-
Responsible for complying with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) polices/procedures and requirements for position.

Assist in checking all transfers going to production and to Creamery, to assure inventory accuracy.
-
Follow GMP’s, sanitation procedures, and quality procedures as set forth by QA and/or supervisors.

Take care of return location making sure area is maintained clean along with investigation location.

Verify QC return area and notify QC of any product that is being returned to production site.

Cycle count accuracy.
-
FIFO Integrity.
-
Inventory Shrinkage.
-
Donations and scrap product.
-
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Necessary Experience:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Cycle count and inventory control.
-
Previous experience in a Food Grade warehouse.
-
Previous experience in a shipping/receiving environment.
-
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
-
Previous experience in the use of material handling equipment, e.g., Sit down forklift, pallet jack, etc.
