Your voice matters. The E3 Safety Program relies on your observations and suggestions to help keep every employee at V&V Supremo Foods, Inc. safe. By reporting hazards and sharing ideas, you help protect yourself, your coworkers, and our company. Together, we can make safety part of everything we do.
1. Eligibility
All current employees of V&V Supremo Foods, Inc. are eligible to participate.​

2. Participation Period
Drawings are held quarterly, four times a year in March, June, September, and December.
3. How to Participate
Complete and submit the form located below with a valid entry.
4. Types of Valid Entries

Hazard observations (e.g., wet floors, exposed wires, blocked exits)
-
Safety improvement suggestions (e.g., PPE placement, signage)
-
Ideas for training, processes, or tools that promote safety

5. Winner Selection and Notification
-
All valid entries from the previous quarter will be included in the drawing.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Safety Manager or the Safety Committee.

Only valid, relevant, and constructive entries will be considered.

One winner will be randomly selected per location.

Winners will be announced during the monthly safety meeting and posted on Bonusly.
6. Prize
Each winner will receive a $100 PRIZE at their location (Chicagoland Area, Browntown, and Arena).

7. General Guidelines
-
Submissions must be respectful, appropriate, and focused on improving safety.

If multiple employees submit the same idea, only the first valid entry will qualify.

Complaints, jokes, or non-safety-related messages will not be considered.

Creating a fake hazard or unsafe condition to submit will result in disqualification and possible disciplinary action.
